Your date is locked in once you've signed the rental agreement and paid the 25% retainer through your private booking link. Until then, the date stays open to other inquiries.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 14 or more days before your event and everything you've paid is refunded apart from the 25% retainer — and that retainer stays transferable to a new date within 6 months. Inside 14 days, the retainer is forfeited and any balance you've paid is refunded.

How do contracts and payments work?

Once we confirm availability, we send you a private booking link. There you review your quote, sign the rental agreement, and pay the 25% retainer by card — that locks in your date. When the balance is due, the same link lets you pay the rest.

We'll work with you to reschedule. Your retainer transfers to a new date within 6 months, and if we can't find a date that works, any balance you've already paid is refunded in full.
